FAQ

Does the skin support Poweramp 3 Beta?
No, it doesn't. I've made extensive changes to the skin, and it is not designed to support beta versions of Poweramp. If you choose to use the beta version and encounter any issues, please note that support will not be provided for those cases.
Why is the skin not applying correctly?
Please make sure you are using the latest stable version of Poweramp.
Does the skin support Adaptive Accent Color a.k.a Adaptive Album Art Color?
No, it does not. Unfortunately, this feature is currently impossible to implement by skin developers due to limitations in the Skin SDK.
Why does the skin look different on my device compared to screenshots?
Visual differences may occur due to device resolution and Android version.
Can you add feature X?
Feature requests are welcome! However, please note that some limitations are defined by the Skin SDK and Poweramp itself (including custom fonts, custom accent colors, and custom icons).
Will the skin be updated regularly?
Yes. I’m committed to providing updates to maintain compatibility with the latest version of Poweramp and to add improvements.
What should I do if the skin crashes, shows a black screen, options don’t work, or behaves strangely?
The issue is likely caused by unstable Skin Settings. You need to Restore Defaults, which you can find in the Skin Settings, you can follow the tutorial video linked below. This will reset your skin settings.

If that doesn’t work, please send a report through the skin’s Contact Support option so I can review your device’s log.

Why does it look broken after a Poweramp update?
This may occur due to changes in Poweramp’s latest update. I will fix the issues as soon as the updated Skin SDK is released.
If I uninstall the skin, will my settings be lost?
No, your skin settings are saved by Poweramp and will be restored automatically when you reinstall the skin.
How can I back up my skin settings?
You can back up your skin settings by going to Poweramp > Settings > Export Settings/Data. Make sure to check the option for "3rd party skins settings".
